Pre-admissions

E-learning or Interactive Teaching-Learning Environment is a software that uses modern technologies to increase student engagement. Accessible on any internet-enabled device from anywhere, the software is an additional tool for classrooms.
Faculty
Using the module, the faculty can successfully engage the students of the digital age. It can make announcements, offer links to online resources, manage forums, generate syllabuses, lecture notes, and lesson plans, as well as respond to FAQs using the module.
Students
The students can participate in a variety of online activities such as – sitting for online tests, submitting assignments and tests, accessing the E-library, asking questions, being a part of discussion forums, etc. The students can also view teaching plans and get notifications via SMS, Email or app.

Schedules exams for all classes and assigns invigilation responsibilities. Additionally, it describes seating arrangements by arranging professors, students, and subjects in accordance with institute regulations. It prints the exam materials, including attendance logs and seating diagrams..

The companies can register with the T&P department and request a placement schedule. With reference to the selection criteria, students can apply for jobs or positions in businesses. Using their login, students can update their résumé, apply for jobs, and more.
Placements
Define companies, send out invitations for placements to the companies online, and approves the applied companies to allow them to proceed with the placements. It announces placement schedules and shortlists students for interviews with the system.
Trainings
Keeps track of all kinds of student training like onsite, in-plant, industrial training, and visits and displays a list of training companies and sites where students can apply. It allots companies or training sites to students as per institute-specific procedures.

Student attendance is recorded in multiple ways through biometric readers, RFID cards, smartphone apps, or manual attendance. The data from these systems is stored in the ERP and used to perform various activities and calculations.
Reports
Gain insight in real-time with accurate reports according to class, faculty, and room or facility, poor student attendance report, detailed and summarized student attendance reports, etc. All reports are configurable to meet the institutional requirements.

Student information
